2015 June 02. The first harvest from my garden came as a lovely surprise. It had only been a few weeks since I planted them but on June 2nd there were lots of pak choi to harvest, and the oregano had spread so beautifully it made sense to cut and enjoy them.
2015 May. One of the most pleasurable things for me to do is gardening. I love being connected to the earth, so every year I plant as many flowers, herbs and vegetables as the space around my house and in my backyard will allow me. This year in May I planted spinach, kale, pak choi, scotch bonnet, beans, tomatoes, oregano, green onion, sage, swiss chard and okra. The thyme and strawberries made a repeat appearance, and I was thrilled.
